 General POP and IMAP Settings
Solution The following article describes the login info, ports and server addresses needed to set up Zimbra for IMAP or POP. Please keep in mind that each 3rd party mail client has different processes by which to enter this information and actual deployment may vary from software type to software type

User name: youremail@yourdomain.com (for example: john@sonomait.com)
Password: Your Sonoma Email account password
Incoming server address: a.mail.sonomait.com
Outgoing server address: a.mail.sonomait.com
Incoming Server Port (POP3): 110 or 995 for SSL
Incoming Server Port (IMAP): 143 or 993 for SSL
Outgoing Server Port (SMTP): 25 or 2525
SECURE Outgoing Server Port (SMTP): 587 (SSL with TLS enabled)
