Due to customer demand, at about 10 am PT we have augmented the anti-spam settings on the Zimbra Collaboration Suite considerably to reduce the amount of unwanted mail in your inboxes. We welcome any comments about the new settings and will make adjustments as needed.

If you continue to receive spam that you feel should be filtered, send us a message and cut and paste the email headers to spam@sonomait.com.

To access your email headers in outlook:

Open the message and select View, then Options from the drop-down menus. Near the bottom of the screen you'll see a section titled INTERNET HEADERS. You can copy the headers and paste them into an email elsewhere to get them to the proper people.

In Thunderbird:

To read the email headers in the Mozilla Thunderbird email client, simply open the email. On the menu bar, go to View | Headers and select "All". The headers are immediately displayed.

In Mac OS X

To get the full message source:
1. Select a message
2. Select menu item Message, Show, Raw Source.
3. Click on the resulting text
4. Click Edit, Select All, then Edit, Copy
5. Paste
